MODERN SLAVERY ACT STATEMENT
This statement (the Statement) is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Act) on behalf of Tennants Consolidated Limited (Tennants Consolidated).
Recorded in the Statement are the actions taken by Tennants Consolidated for the year ended 31 December 2024 in relation to Modern Slavery.
Structure and Business
Tennants Consolidated and its Group companies manufacture and sell chemicals and chemical products globally.
Modern Slavery Policy
Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. These are offences under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as well as being a violation of fundamental human rights.
Tennants Consolidated and its subsidiaries seek to ensure that they do not use forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, or hold anyone in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children.
Tennants Consolidated expects its suppliers to maintain policies and procedures in relation to modern slavery as detailed above.
Risk Assessments, Due Diligence, KPI’s and Training
Tennants Consolidated Limited operates as a conglomerate comprising multiple independent businesses. Each of these entities is responsible for conducting its own risk assessments, due diligence processes, KPIs and training in relation to modern slavery.
